UAE & Saudi Arabia
One point of contact for both markets
Regulators, customers and boards ask for proof. We help you build it once.
Gulf organisations answer to several requirements at the same time: tender clauses, ISO certificates, national frameworks and their own governance. Treated separately, each one becomes its own project. Treated together, they share one management system, one set of controls and one body of evidence.
How a joined-up programme worksScoped before it is sold
Every engagement starts with a short scoping call, so the proposal reflects your sites, standards and deadline rather than a package.
Clear about certification
Preparation and certification are kept separate. Your certificate comes from an independent, accredited certification body.
Built for both markets
Delivery in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, with national frameworks such as NCA ECC, SAMA, PDPL, UAE IA and NCEMA 7000 in view.
What we help with
Six ways to start, one point of contact.
Choose the area closest to your requirement. If it spans several, the scoping call brings them together into one plan.
Common starting points
ISO standards we prepare organisations for
ISO 9001:2015
Quality Management System (QMS)
One of the most widely adopted management system standards. It gives you documented, repeatable processes, measurable customer satisfaction and a structured way to fix recurring problems.

Information Security Management System (ISMS)
A risk-based framework for protecting information — people, process and technology controls, backed by evidence an auditor (or a customer’s security team) can verify.

ISO 22301:2019
Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)
Prepare for disruption before it happens: business impact analysis, recovery strategies, tested plans and a management system that keeps them current.

How it works
From first call to certification audit, in four steps.
- 01
Scope
A short call on the trigger, timeline, sites and what already exists.
- 02
Plan
A written proposal with scope, approach, timeline and fees.
- 03
Deliver
Gap assessment, documentation, training, internal audit and management review.
- 04
Certify
You appoint an accredited certification body for the independent audit.
The approach
Every ISO management system runs on the same cycle.
Plan, Do, Check, Act. Whether the standard is quality, information security, continuity or AI, the work is the same shape: understand the context and risks, put controls in place, check they work, and improve. Building to that cycle once means the next standard is an extension, not a new project.

Three things people call “ISO certification”
1. Your organisation’s certificate
Issued by an independent, accredited certification body after it audits your management system. We help you get ready — we don’t issue it, and nobody can honestly guarantee the result.
2. A person’s training certificate
Earned by an individual who completes a course such as Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor. Where a course carries a specific accreditation or exam, the course details state it.
3. Laboratory accreditation
Testing and calibration labs are accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 by a national accreditation body — EIAC in the UAE, SAAC in Saudi Arabia — rather than certified.

Frequently asked questions
Who carries out the work?+
ISO GRC Advisory scopes your requirement and arranges delivery by qualified consultants, auditors and trainers suited to it. You’ll know who is delivering, and on what terms, before you commit.
Do you cover both the UAE and Saudi Arabia?+
Yes. Consulting and in-house training can be delivered at your premises in either country, and many courses are also available virtually.
How much does ISO certification cost?+
It depends on your size, number of sites, the standard and how much is already in place. The certification body’s audit fee is separate from preparation. A scoping call gives you a quote for your actual scope.
Can you guarantee we will pass the certification audit?+
No honest adviser can guarantee an independent audit outcome. Good preparation makes sure your system genuinely meets the standard and that your team can show the evidence.

Not sure where to start?
A 20-minute scoping call clarifies which standard, course or programme fits — and what it will realistically take.
