GRC Advisory · Software selection
Choose GRC software that fits how you actually work
There are many capable governance, risk and compliance platforms, global and regional. The hard part is choosing the one that fits your frameworks, users, hosting needs and budget, then getting people to use it. We help with both.
We don’t build or sell software. If we have a commercial relationship with a platform you’re evaluating, we’ll tell you before you evaluate it.

How we help
From requirements to a system people use.
- 01
Requirements
Turn your frameworks, processes, users and reporting needs into a written requirements list and scoring model.
- 02
Shortlist
Identify established global and regional platforms that fit your requirements, budget, hosting and language needs.
- 03
Scripted demos
Give every vendor the same scenarios from your own processes, and score them side by side instead of watching sales demos.
- 04
Proof of concept
Test the shortlisted platform with real data and real users before you sign.
- 05
Implementation support
Configure frameworks, workflows and roles, migrate data from spreadsheets, and plan a phased rollout.
- 06
Adoption
Train risk owners, auditors and auditees, and set the routines that keep the system in use after go-live.
What changes with the right software

- ✕Board packs rebuilt by hand every quarter
After
- ✓A live risk register linked to controls and owners
- ✓Findings with owners, due dates and reminders
- ✓One control mapped to every framework it satisfies
- ✓One controlled, approved version of each document
- ✓Committee reports generated from live data

What good GRC software does
One source of evidence
Risks, controls, audits, documents and actions in one system rather than spreadsheets, shared drives and email threads.
Live dashboards
Views by entity, department, standard or regulation, so leadership sees status without waiting for a monthly report.
Automated reporting
Committee, board and regulator reports generated from live data rather than rebuilt by hand.
Cross-framework mapping
One control linked to several standards and regulations, so the same evidence answers each of them.
Role-based access
Users see and change only what their role allows, with an audit trail of who did what and when.
Workflows and alerts
Approvals, reminders and escalations for reviews, findings, incidents and corrective actions.
Integrations
APIs or connectors for HR, ticketing, identity and other systems, so data isn’t keyed in twice.
Templates and content
Pre-built frameworks and templates that shorten set-up, and guidance for occasional users.
Questions
Do you sell GRC software?+
No. ISO GRC Advisory doesn’t build or sell software. We help you define requirements, compare established global and regional platforms, and implement the one you choose. If we have a commercial relationship with a platform you’re evaluating, we’ll tell you before you evaluate it.
Do we need software at all?+
Not always. If your framework is still being defined, or volumes are small, well-controlled documents and spreadsheets can work. Software pays off when evidence, owners and frameworks multiply.
Do we have to replace everything at once?+
No. Most organisations start with one or two areas, often risk, audit follow-up or document control, and add others once the first is in daily use.
What matters most for buyers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia?+
Data hosting and residency, Arabic and English support, ready content for national frameworks such as NCA ECC, SAMA and UAE IA, and local implementation support. Check each platform on these early.
Next step
Need the framework before the software?
If roles, risk appetite or the control set aren’t defined yet, start with GRC consulting. Software works best on a clear framework.
